COVID-19: We’re All In This Together
The Henderson Tourist Commission is closely monitoring the Coronavirus Pandemic (COVID-19) as it impacts each of our residents and visitors. Our top priority is the health and safety of our people in this rapidly changing, unprecedented time. To our visitors: you love visiting Henderson for our world-class festivals, unique cuisine, charming downtown, backroad drives, stunning views, impressive parks and outdoor spaces, and most of all, warm hospitality. During times of uncertainty, please know that our hospitality partners and attractions can’t wait to welcome you back with open arms! We will get through this… together.
Our tourism and hospitality industry will undoubtedly be one of the hardest hit at the local level. Many of our local businesses rely on spending from travelers to keep their doors open. The $76.47 million in economic impact the tourism industry contributed to Henderson County in 2018 will drastically decrease in 2020. In an effort to encourage residents to support our local tourism assets at a time when visitation is low, please continue to support our local businesses and utilize the resources below.
