For the Downtown Trekker: If downtown is your favorite place to be, then don’t miss the Halloween Parade happening at 5pm on October 30 (right after the downtown trick or treating). The parade will start at Big Rivers Parking lot on Third and Water Street.
For the Outdoors Enthusiast: Enjoy the excitement of Trick-or-Treating surrounded by the earthy atmosphere of the John James Audubon Campgrounds from 4:00pm-5:15pm on October 31, and afterwards explore the outdoor beauty of the autumn season!
For the Four-legged Family Member: Don’t let Fido miss out on all the fun! Gabbi’s Pet Boutique is hosting a Pet Costume Contest at 2pm on October 31 with food and fall festivities from 1pm to 3pm.
For the Candy Craver: Fill the Halloween candy buckets by hitting all of the Trick-or-Treating hot spots! Downtown: 3-5pm, Audubon Campground: 4:00-5:15pm on October 31, Chapel Hill “Trunk-or-Treating”: 4:30-6:30pm.
For the Night-Owl Entertainment: Meet with friends at Rockhouse at Wolf’s for a family friendly costume contest starting at 9pm on October 31. Adults can enjoy a late night pub crawl that starts at Rockhouse, then Delkers for some live music entertainment, and then to Rookies with drink specials after 10pm!
