Saluting John James Audubon, sixteen fiber and quilt artists have created new works based on the birds and botanical paintings of John James Audubon. Each artist in her own style and preferred materials created cloth artworks that express Audubon’s influence.

Juanita Yeager, Guest Curator, selected the fiber artists for this exhibition. Ms. Yeager is a nationally recognized quilt artist whose works are in numerous collections including the American Quilt Museum. This exhibit is presented in conjunction with the 200th anniversary of John James Audubon’s landing in Henderson, KY.
